Every purchase supports the charitable mission of Feathers of His Protection Ministries & Boutique, Inc. (FOHP). We appreciate your support and are committed to providing a positive shopping experience.

Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days, Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and holidays.

Shipping Methods

Orders are shipped using trusted carriers such as USPS and UPS. Shipping charges are calculated during checkout.

Free Shipping

FREE Economy Shipping is available on qualifying orders of $75 or more (before taxes and discounts), unless otherwise stated.

Shipping Area

FOHP currently ships within the United States.

Tracking Information

Tracking information will be provided when available and will be sent to the email address associated with your order.

One-of-a-Kind Inventory

Many items offered by FOHP Boutique are one-of-a-kind, donated, vintage, or gently used.

If an item becomes unavailable because of an inventory error or damage discovered before shipment, FOHP will notify you promptly and issue a full refund.

Lost or Damaged Packages

Please notify FOHP within five (5) business days if your package arrives damaged or appears lost.

To help us resolve the issue, please include:

• Your order number
  Photographs of the damaged package or item (if applicable)
• FOHP will work with the shipping carrier to determine the appropriate resolution.

Shipping Delays

While FOHP strives to process and ship every order promptly, delivery times are estimates and may be affected by circumstances beyond our control, including weather conditions, carrier delays, holidays, natural disasters, or other unforeseen events.

FOHP is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers after an order has been accepted by the carrier. We appreciate your patience and understanding and will gladly assist you in tracking your shipment or addressing delivery concerns whenever possible.
