Feathers of His Protection Ministries & Boutique, Inc. (“FOHP,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) operates this
website and online boutique (the “Store”) and provides related content, features, tools, and services
(collectively, the “Services”). These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the
Services. By accessing or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy
Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the Services.
1. Use of the Services
You may use the Services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not
to (a) use the Services in violation of law or regulation; (b) interfere with or disrupt the Services; (c)
engage in fraudulent, misleading, or harmful activity; or (d) copy, modify, reverse■engineer, or resell
any part of the Services. We may suspend or terminate access for conduct that violates these Terms or
harms other users, FOHP, or our systems.
2. Online Store & Product Information
Our Store is powered by Shopify. Product descriptions, availability, pricing, and images are provided in
good faith; however, occasional errors or variations may occur. We reserve the right to correct errors,
update or discontinue products, limit quantities, and decline or cancel orders where necessary. If an
order is canceled after payment, you will receive a refund.
3. Orders, Payments & Billing
By placing an order, you represent that you are authorized to use the selected payment method and
that the information you provide is accurate and complete. Payments are processed securely through
Shopify and approved third■party processors. FOHP does not store full credit card numbers. We may
refuse or cancel any order where payment cannot be authorized, shipping details are invalid, or fraud or
misuse is suspected.
4. Shipping, Returns & Exchanges
Shipping, return, and exchange policies are described in separate policy pages made available through
the Store. By placing an order, you agree to those policies as applicable at the time of purchase.
5. Donations, Boutique Purchases & Mission Support
FOHP operates as a faith■based nonprofit ministry. Boutique purchases and contributions may help
support ministry operations and community programs; however, retail purchases are not
tax■deductible donations unless stated otherwise and permitted by law. Donation■specific
transactions will be clearly identified when applicable.
6. Account Registration
Some features may require creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality
of your login credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us promptly if you believe your
account has been compromised.
7. Intellectual Property
All content, branding, trademarks, text, graphics, images, and materials made available through the
Services are owned by FOHP or our licensors and are protected by copyright and intellectual property
law. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, or distribute FOHP content without prior written permission.

permitted by law, FOHP makes no warranties, express or implied, including warranties of

To the fullest extent permitted by law, FOHP and its directors, officers, employees, and volunteers shall
not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of revenue, data,
goodwill, or business opportunity, arising from or related to your use of the Services or Store. Where
liability cannot be excluded, our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the applicable
transaction.
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless FOHP from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses
arising from your violation of these Terms or misuse of the Services.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict■of■law
principles. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts located within Texas, unless otherwise required
by law.

and update the “Last updated” date. Continued use of the Services after changes take effect constitutes
acceptance of the revised Terms.
